Wednesday evenings 7-8:30pm 
Our Open House Shambhala Dharma Night program is a great entry point for newcomers and suitable for meditation students at all levels of experience. It offers a friendly introduction to meditation practice, Shambhala Buddhist teachings and our community.
Everyone is welcome, and participation is free of charge. Donations are always appreciated and help us provide a meditation space to the community.
7pm Meditation Instruction and Practice Introductory instruction is available at 7pm. Group practice runs from 7:00 to approximately 8:00.
8-8:30pm: Talk and Discussion Typically, senior Shambhala Center members present introductory teachings in talk-and-discussion format or a pre-recorded talk by a senior teacher within the broader Shambhala community is played and then followed up with live discussion.
Participants can connect with others who share their curiosity and interest.
